Project Overview

This Bolton family needed more space but loved their location and neighborhood. We designed a two-storey side extension that adds a utility room on the ground floor and a fourth bedroom with en-suite above, matching the existing architecture perfectly.

The extension was built on new foundations with cavity wall construction matching the existing brickwork. Downstairs features a spacious utility room with plumbing for washing machine and dryer, plus storage. Upstairs offers a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite with shower.

We handled full planning permission, building regulations, and party wall agreements. The extension seamlessly integrates with the existing property, maintaining the semi-detached character while significantly increasing living space.
