A local property investor approached us with three terraced properties in Salford that needed comprehensive refurbishment to meet modern rental standards and maximize rental income. The properties had been let continuously for years and required updating throughout.
We managed the entire project from start to finish, coordinating all trades and ensuring minimal void periods. Each property received new kitchens and bathrooms, full redecoration, electrical compliance testing and upgrades, new flooring throughout, and external improvements including new front doors and garden clearance.
The project was completed in phases to stagger void periods, allowing the landlord to maintain income from two properties while one was being refurbished. All work was completed to meet current HMO and landlord compliance standards.
