Project Overview

This Victorian terrace in Tameside had been empty for several years and required complete renovation. The new owners wanted to restore the property while adding modern amenities, creating a comfortable family home that retained its period character.

The project included full electrical rewiring with new consumer unit and testing, complete replastering to all walls and ceilings, new kitchen with integrated appliances, new bathroom with modern suite, central heating system installed throughout, new internal doors and skirting boards, and complete redecoration inside and out.

We also addressed damp issues, replaced damaged floorboards, fitted new carpets and vinyl flooring, and upgraded windows where needed. The result is a beautifully restored Victorian terrace with all modern conveniences, ready for its next chapter.
